About CLASSThe Children's Land Alliance Supporting Schools is a non-profit corporation organized to provide information and services to education communities. Prior to CLASS, there has been no organization of the beneficiaries of these trusts.
Benefits of these collaborative efforts by education leaders include improved education through increased funding from school trusts, support by education communities for state and federal actions that benefit school lands and schools, increased revenue from permanent school funds through investment strategies, new research to support trust managers, and assistance in the development of public information about the trust lands and their purpose for educating children. CLASS is funded by grants from the United States Department of Education and donations from corporations and individuals. |
